FIRST LADY DORRETTA D. STEPHENS
Lady Dorretta D. Stephens is a woman of elegance, resilience, and deep spiritual conviction. As the beloved wife of Suffragan Bishop Ron E. Stephens, Pastor of Temple Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., she faithfully walks beside him in ministry, serving as a trusted leader, encourager, and spiritual mother to many.
Her spiritual journey began in London, England, where she was saved at Calvary Temple
United Pentecostal Church, Inc. Since that transformative moment, her life has been a
consistent testimony of grace, dedication, and unwavering faith.
Lady Dorretta is especially gifted in teaching, administration, and Christian leadership. A
natural organizer and communicator, she has served in various leadership capacities,

In her role as Sisterhood President, she implemented a Sisterhood Scholarship Fund to
support and encourage the educational goals of young people in the church—a reflection of her heart for service and empowerment.
In addition to her leadership, Lady Dorretta is a songwriter, Christian counselor, and a
woman who deeply values etiquette and godly presentation. Through her teaching and
mentorship, she pours both spiritual depth and practical wisdom into the lives of women of
all ages, always emphasizing order, excellence, and grace.
Academically, Lady Dorretta holds an Associate Degree from St. Louis Community College
and a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministry.
She is the proud mother of three children—Sophia (Marcus), Sarah (Biobele), and Samuel
(Tiana)—and the joyful grandmother of Samouri, Bilaye, and Priye.
One of her favorite scriptures is:
