We are excited about the TCOC Couples Connect Pt. 1, happening on Friday, October 20, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. All activities will occur at the church in the fellowship hall.

Our first meeting will include laughter, fellowship, and life application for marriage building. We will begin the evening with a couple of rounds of the “Newlywed Game” to win a gift card. Make sure you are talking to each other about those “first moments and favorites.” We will then move into dialogue about “His Needs, Her

Needs.” This discussion includes video and breakout rooms with discussion questions for husbands and wives, ending with group dialogue and reflections. We will end the evening with a couple’s prayer. We will have a light dinner and dessert.

The TCOC marriage events are open to any Bible-based, married, or officially engaged couple with a wedding date within 18 months. The couples do not have to be members of TCOC, as this is also an outreach tool for ministering the Word of God. However, both husband and wife must attend the event because the topics and discussions require both individuals.

The marriage connections are adult-centered events. The content will often include authentic and open conversations about topics impacting healthy Christ-centered marriages. Childcare is not provided, so couples with children should find childcare for the evening.
